Arkansas Career & Technical Education Association's Administrator of the Year

Congratulations to ARESC's Kelly Cypert for being named Arkansas Career and Technical Education Association's Administrator of the Year!  Kelly was nominated and voted for by peers across the great state of Arkansas.  AACTEA is an umbrella association under the Arkansas Association of Educational Administrators.  Kelly received recognition at AAEA's summer conference and was presented the award by Roy Hester, Director of Guy Fenter ESC on behalf of AACTEA and AAEA.
