IMPORTANT INFORMATION

•        Appointments are required and must be scheduled ONLINE ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS.

•        Fingerprint appointments are for educators only. We do not accept appointments for weapons licenses.

•        Before your appointment:

  •         Complete and print your consent form and pay for your fingerprints

  •         If you do not have these forms, you will not be fingerprinted

  •         ID is required

•        Day of appointment:

  •         No one, including children, is allowed to accompany you

  •         Bring a paper copy of your receipt to your appointment

  •         Bring your driver license or photo ID to your appointment

  •         Bring $10 in cash for appointment fee(NO checks or cards)

•       If are experiencing cold or flu symptoms: please reschedule your appointment for another time. 

  Please stay home if you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms including fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, aching, headache or fatigue. The cold and flu virus can spread very easily from person to person or on surfaces that are frequently touched.
