Welcome to the Technology Center!
ARESC is now on Facebook!  Come check us out and see what we're doing to help your schools to achieve student success!
Technology is being used to differentiate instruction and enhance student achievement within our districts. Teachers are critical to keep this shift moving toward the infusion of technology for using diagnostic information for planning and assessment, differentiating instruction, and modelling technology integration. ARESC provides technical assistance, professional development, and modelling of technology infusion and integration by providing training and support for best practices in technology. From requiring the use of technology to register for training via ESCWeb to providing training via Video Conference, ARESC facilitates and provides training to make technology integration possible.

“Technology is not a silver bullet. It’s only as good as the teachers … using it as one more tool to help inspire, and teach, and work through problems.”
— President Barrack Obama, November 19, 2014

ARESC provides rich opportunities for professional development. The cooperative serves as a medium for the Arkansas Department of Education to link with school districts: administrators, teachers, lunch room workers, bus drivers, students and paraprofessionals. Participants receive professional development through the cooperatives technology labs/meeting rooms and through video conferencing.
